- Kochi: every half-hour (1h45 journey time).
- Kottayam (1h15 journey time, departures every 45 minutes).
- Thiruvananthapuram: frequent buses (3h30 journey).
- Kollam: bus to Thiruvananthapuram via Kollam (2-hour journey, Rs. 65) and via Kallamballam (if you wish to go to Varkala: 2h30 journey, Rs. 80).
- Bangalore (approx. 15-hour journey).
- Coimbatore (7-hour journey).
