Temple on a hill 300 m above sea level with original architecture blending Dravidian, Rajasthani and Odisha styles
Built in 1976 and constructed entirely of white marble, this temple has quickly become the most popular in Hyderabad. Perched on a hill 300 meters above sea level, its original architecture, a mixture of Dravidian, Rajasthani and Odisha styles, and its pristine white color, captivate the visitor. Dedicated primarily to Venkateswara, a form of Vishnu, there are also altars dedicated to Shiva, Ganesh, Hanuman, Brahma, Saraswathi, Lakshmi. When evening comes, the temple is illuminated and offers a striking spectacle.
