Built in 1894 by the Prime Minister of Hyderabad, this huge palace of 2 hectares perched on the top of a hill immediately became a legend. It is said that the Nizam was jealous of such opulence and the Prime Minister had no choice but to offer his palace to the ruler. Here, everything breathes the grandeur of a fallen world where modern amenities blend in with the greatest discretion. The extravagance of the palace lies in the common areas that can be visited like a museum, especially the library containing rare manuscripts.
