HANGING GARDENS, KAMALA NEHRU PARK & TOWER OF SILENCE

Located on the top of Malabar Hill, the Hanging Gardens consist of lawns, flowers, fountains, walkways and shrubs shaped like animals. They face the small children's garden, Kamala Nehru Park. Here, the view on Marine Drive is fantastic. The nearby Silence Tower is a burial ground where the Parsi community deposits their dead so that the vultures can skin them. It is not accessible to visitors.
