A park paying homage to Buddha and all the world's Buddhist communities through various monuments and temples.
Located in the city center, this park, also called Buddha Memorial Park, was inaugurated on May 27, 2010 by the Dalai Lama who, on this occasion, planted two bodhi trees , one from Bodhgaya, the other from Anuradhapura (Sri Lanka). Covering about ten hectares, it aims to pay homage to Buddha but also to all the Buddhist communities of the planet through various monuments and temples. The most imposing is the Pataliputra Karuna Stupa which rises to more than 60 meters. The park also houses a meditation center.
