We go on an excursion in the deserts, dunes of Chegaga, organized by Dream Nature.
One is very extensive of your stay. All the organisation was perfect, a fluid pick-up between the different orators. The whole team was not very pleasant and very professional. Our guide in the desert, Mbarek was brilliant, super nice, very clean bivouac. In short, everything is perfect. Moreover, it responsible for our riad in Marrakesh told us that it was very good back on this agency and that itself was part with its Dream family with Nature!

Certes de très beaux paysages mais beaucoup de kilomètres parcourus ( 5 à 6 heures par jour pour faire 250 ou 300 km ) .
Programme pas respecté et sans explications ...
Déception au bivouac : qui est " au pied des dunes " avec un côté très touristique ( même en haut , on vous propose d'acheter des souvenirs ... )
Bien vérifier le devis proposé et l'application de tarifs dégressifs comme indiqué sur le site .
Je me suis rendu compte au retour que cela n'avais pas été appliqué pour nous

We are a family of 6 people with two children we also returned from a 7 day circuit with Natural agency Dream any c after a tour restaurants hotels all was perfect, super content with our tour with them.

We get my daughter, 13 year old, my wife and me of individual tour by 4x4, full board, with driver guide, organised by "NATURE DREAM" from December 21st to December 27th, 2014.
TOUR; MARRAKECH, VALLEY OF THE OURIKA, TAFRAOUT, AGADIR,
We had already travelled to this agency four years ago, as we were very happy. REALLY ILS ARE NOT THE YEAR CA THIS.
A tour badly designed that does not take account of the seasons and the last floods that affected MOROCCO:
• The night more quickly falling in winter, many sites and course were made OF NIGHT. (no interest).
• Very long course daily and roads lying by the many deviations following the cut roads (from 2 months, so known of the agencies).
• A basic choice of accommodation, some did not have hot water, others in the cockroaches, others no heating ...... without mentioning the hygiene and the cleanliness of the place.
• Meals are organised by the driver "BRAHIM" in small bouis-bouis in the middle of nowhere. On the menu, always famous "Berber omelette", a result net earning and day laborer on meals going directly in the pockets of Brahim. The latter to write superior bills for the agency.
• A 4x4 with all the faces of the instrument panel was except services rousing a petrol panne on the road and the request for "BRAHIM" to lend 200 DHS to put gas oil. Money only restored in height of 50 DHS at the end of the tour, way of securing a tip not merited.
• A total ignorance of the specific places to visit on behalf of Brahim, it is only a driver. We passed off the places to visit without seeing them...

In short, an agency that must be absolutely called in question, to see the integrality of its programs, to stop copy/crosse, and especially to better choose a drivers to avoid Brahim, liar- voleur, to escape.
Fortunately, Morocco is a superb destination, and there are many other agencies organize unforgettable holidays.

We entrusted the organisation of our two tours (the 2 day old first in the mountain, Dades, Todra, Sarhro) and the 3 day old second in the desert to Mhamid and the dunes of Chegaga).
Everything is perfect: beautiful landscapes, a guide and wonderful driver (Mbarek), excellent meals and very satisfactory accommodations (even the basic conditions of Chegaga, had much charm).
Do not hesitate, trust Mohamed and Naima plan your stay.

hello, we back a trip with bicouac, the agency NatureDream Ouarzazate - We make a point of announcing our dissatisfaction, because upon arrival in the bivouac, we did not have had been tell us - we were a bed linens, basic shower... We had a mattress the floor without linens and no shower, not even washbasin...! therefore takers who want to leave this agency, because it is not " a panne" as they indicated to us, we noted that nothing of all that was officially -

We make this March 2nd, 2011 our stay (cities and southern Morocco) absolutely magical. The welcome and friendly team, an experienced driver and punctuality. Moreover, which has discovered were magical, fabulous. There are few words to express such beauties: magnificent riads, guest houses of choice, picturesque. Visits that we made were very varied and always interesting, without forgetting meals who happy us, always excellent, in beautiful places.
Then the atmosphere of desert, the night with open air, songs... stay engraved at the foot of each, all was a quality unequalled. Really enchanted and we will make, it is some other adventures!

We return vec my husband of a 4 day tour into 4/4 organised by the Natural agency dream, agency that we reserved on Marrachech.

Here the mail that we trying to attract them on our return:

" Hello,
We return to France a 4 day tour into 4/4 made, organised in March 2011 by your agency that we reserved on Marrachech. This tour included the passage by road Atlas, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouazazate, the dades valley, the Todra gorges, Merzouga then return Draa valley, night Zagora.

We had a driver Mohammed.

We wanted to make you a return of our excusion.

Overall, so we do not regret this excursion because it allows you to discover a number of sites that really we found magnificent, we must however inform you a dissatisfaction on a number of things:

1/ not the most important: the third day, we did lot of mileage in the morning, lunch on the road, then arrival Zagora at 15:00.
Here, the driver left us with our hotel then leave without we even know that it had left...an afternoon almost all Zagora, it really is too because this city is a city of departure for the desert. We would have appreciated a ride in one of the Palm Groves on the road leading to Zagora, it would have been probably more interesting. At least, it seems that this part of the day could easily be filled and I some that you know this region enough to have ideas.
In other words, it is for us the large problematic point because we feel partly waste our time and we wondered there at this time of your professionalism.

2/ other points:

- the evening the first day trip, arriving on the valley of the dades, our driver indicates us that the next day, we will do a ride in the dades valley then that then we will leave to Merzouga.
We question it, surprise that it does not evoke the Todra gorges in the course. And it questions us, also surprised and asking to us whether were included in our itinerary.
We ensure him that yes and it has the following day integrated the Todra gorges in the itinerary. I do not know if a ride in the dades valley were first due and possible but we did not do it as a result.
Also, we did not find normal...

- if we do not need a high - level guide and if our driver were someone overall pleasant and nice, we would have enjoyed some additional information on the visited sites as without wanting to be unpleasant, it is true that information was really far from numerous and sometimes even when we ask questions, we did not have also. Once again, we did not ask many information but some main.

We hope that you will accept our remarks without seeing despite there because there is it really none.

It is important to understand that we do not come every day to Morocco and each missed moment is unfortunately our point seen tourists .....
I also make a point of stressing that the price of this excursion was from €350 per person: an important sum for Morocco but also for us français."

That does not mean that this agency is not serious but I invite you to the good questions when booking and require a specific itinerary...

We make a tour " South Maroc" (Marrakech, Draa valley bivouac in the desert of Chégaga) with Extraordinary Dream Nature!

Impeccable organisation: timing, per hour at the airport, to watch the sunset, meals, accommodation in extraordinary bivouacs... They leave us a freedom in the choice of stops, tours and surround us without us to impose wanting. They adapt to our needs without problem, and with a smile!

Another quality of this organisation is their authenticity in staff: management, guides, drivers, camel drivers and chefs are all the natives.

their friendly also: a guide and a driver with our small, friendly, jovials, only for us four. We felt given pampering!

In terms of prices, I find that it is an excellent value for money! In short, I consider this meeting as a magical moment and a source of happiness authentic... And I very difficult!
