It would be a real shame to go to Ouarzazate and not to stop there. Jean-Pierre has not traveled badly, particularly in Africa, before putting his suitcases in Morocco to Kelâa M'gouna first, then to Ouarzazate. His travels didn't lose her inné talent. For Jean-Pierre is a talented kitchen, a real epicurean from Bordeaux. He cooks only fresh products (which explains that some may miss the card) which he himself selects and proposes, to the choice: Crystallized Berber mice, M'kallei kid, mudflap sauce, and also a selection of fish and fresh pasta. One of the best addresses of southern Morocco.

The relais de Saint-Exupéry is a special, syncretism of moroccan cuisine and the desert with a French tradition in the assembly of the ingredients. It is of course with a public informs himself and gourmet and not backpackers pure and lasts, ideal for a business lunch and romantic in the evening, personal professional, attentive and smiling including always Morocco.

A restaurant decorated with works and photos of Saint-Exupery must necessarily offer cuisine heart.

The best restaurant of Ouarzazate and certainly cleanest. Jean Pierre 'french chef' welcomes you warmly and offers refined dishes. My wife and me spent an unforgettable culinary evenings.
