In a place as touristy as Aït Ben Haddou, it's often difficult to avoid the tourist traps. Here, for just a few dozen dirhams, Ibrahima, known as Bihi, prepares excellent tajines and home-made pizzas. Also sandwiches and paninis, to eat in or take away. Don't be fooled by the few tables in the street: behind the snack bar, you can sit in an inner courtyard out of sight, or climb out onto the terrace with its lovely view of the kasbah. Service with a smile.
