8 km from Rabat's medina, in a rather chic residential area, stands a beautiful family home, where Claudy was born. In the 2000s, after teaching art history at the Sorbonne, she returned to her roots and decided to open Villa Mandarine. A family project that today boasts some thirty rooms, all unique, and one of the finest restaurants in the region, where chef Sylvain Brucato offers gourmet cuisine full of local flavors, in the enchanting setting of the hotel's gardens. La combinaison de la nature et du calme fait de cet endroit un véritable joyau. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience paisible et rafraîchissante.
L'hôtel est très agréable. Toutes les chambres ont une décoration différente. Prix très raisonnable. Le matelas, les oreillers et la salle de bain pourraient être mis à jour... alors il serait aussi bon qu'il peut l'être. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais rien d'exceptionnel (ce qui devrait être le cas et correspond à la gamme de prix).
Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture du restaurant est excellente et l'hôtel reste un très bon choix / le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.
