Pepe Ocana is the self-proclaimed "king of tapas" in Tangier. This tapas restaurant-bar is run by Spaniards, and the chef's inspiration comes directly from the great culinary classics of the other side of the Strait. You will find paella served in small portions, fried fish presented whole, octopus in a spicy tomato sauce and some meat dishes. The tavern atmosphere, with its dark atmosphere and often full bar, is particularly lively on soccer match nights. It's also a good place to drink a draft beer.
