An economic address in the heart of Philipsburg. A family hotel of small capacity installed in a building overlooking Back Street that stands out from the resorts that are plentiful on the Dutch side. The rooms are well equipped, the comfort is modest, but it's clean. Private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, telephone and television. You can stay in the same room for 2, 3 or 4 people (more spacious). Great Bay Beach is not far away by foot. Everything is nearby, shops, restaurants, bars..
