Originally located in Marigot, Chay's Thaï has, over the past few years, taken up residence in Mont Vernon. This relocation has not altered its status as one of the island's best Thai restaurants. The cuisine, simple and subtle, is always tasty and the spices, herbs and aromatics always perfectly balanced. A warm welcome. You can order takeaway or eat on the terrace. It's so delicious and cosy, you'd almost forget you're next door to the Leader Price parking lot. Special mention for the bò bún.

Aux mets tissés is an open secret. Sure, it's tucked away in a corner of Hope Estate's ZI, but it's so famous that it's always busy, and won^1st prize in its category at the 2022 Gastronomy Festival. Opened in 2020 in the brand-new Take Off Center, the restaurant excels at combining the best of both worlds: traditional French cuisine and Caribbean flavors, using fresh, local produce. The menu changes daily according to arrivals and the chef's inspiration.
