MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL WEAPONS

In addition to the large market and the tanners' quarter, Maroua also boasts a small museum of traditional weapons, with a large number of exhibits: spears, sabres, knives, bows and arrows, daggers, shields.... You'll also find pottery, wooden masks and various decorative objects. You can also climb the tower adjoining the museum. It marks the entrance to the market. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city.
