This safe, well-maintained fitness trail is used by all ages! It's a family place where group sports activities, aerobics, dance, running and relaxation are all going well. At first light, the most rigorous are already on the slopes, and you'll be amazed to see how sport animates, federates and unites all generations of Cameroonians, who motivate each other and move to the same rhythm, without complexes or competition. It's a sight to behold!

Beaucoup de gens y vont le samedi matin car l'accès y est gratuit mais ce parcours n'est pas du tout entretenu. Les panneaux d'exercices sont tous effacés, les ateliers mal entretenus. Ce n'est qu'une route en goudron qui fait le tour d'un étang. Je n'y ai vu aucun intérêt
