La Maison Blanche is a 100% Cameroonian restaurant, with fish stalls at the entrance where you can choose your fish or seafood fresh from the market. In fact, the "mamans" at the stoves call out to customers in much the same way as they do at the market. Charcoal grilling is part of the price and protocol, and as an accompaniment, the ladies suggest plantain or potato French fries, or miondos (fermented cassava sticks). There, you'll taste the real flavor of the braise, just as they do at home.

Un Resto Classe, simple et FRAIS surtout pour le Poisson qui semble toujours avoir été peché il y a moins de 5min. Bien sur pour certaines personnes les tarifs sont un peu élévés mais c'est de bonne guise pour avoir du poisson Hyper frais pour une ville qui n'a pas de Port de peche.
Bref c'est BIEN, c'est BON, C'est la MAISON BLANCHE!!!
