LIBERMANN COLLEGE

Behind the cathedral, there is a small street in which the Libermann College, the oldest school in Douala, but also in Cameroon, it seems. A Jesuit college built in the 19th century, it is now one of the most famous educational institutions in the city. Its priest professors come from all African countries, from Rwanda to Burkina Faso, and form a very special international. Every day, starting in September, the return and departure of children in uniform is a real spectacle.
