STATION DE SKI DE VLAŠIĆ

This ski resort (Ski Centar Vlašić) extends from 1,225 to 1,570 m above sea level. It has 10 km of slopes, ski jumps, 5 lifts, one of which is suitable for children, a ski school, a rescue center and 15 km of cross-country ski trails. Created in the 1970s, it now suffers from anarchic development with hotel-restaurants and guesthouses built everywhere, two supermarkets, ski equipment rental stores, a pharmacy, etc. In the summer, it is quieter and a chairlift remains open (5 KM/travel).
