AÉROPORT DE BANJA LUKA

This mini-international airport (Međunarodni Aerodrom Banja Luka/Међународни Аеродром Бања Лука) was established in 1976. Open to international traffic since 1997, it welcomes about 140,000 passengers per year in very spartan conditions (one cafe, three car rental companies, one cab stand, no air conditioning or duty-free store). Regular connections with the French-Swiss airport of Basel-Mulhouse (Wizz Air) and Charleroi Brussels, Belgium (Ryanair). Other connections with Sweden, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Austria and Serbia.
