BUYBOOK

Founded after the war, this small chain of bookstores (also present in Mostar) offers many foreign language books, including books by Bosnian authors translated into English. The staff is friendly and has good advice. You can also find there guides and maps of the country cheaper than in the tourist stores, as well as some novels in French. The shop has another address on Zelenih-beretki street which is more specialized in art books. Both establishments have a pleasant café.
