HISTORY MUSEUM ARSENIEV

The oldest museum in the Far East. It includes nine sites (the list is online): nature, archaeology, history, ethnography. You will admire impressive collections of Aboriginal artifacts, knives, bone carvings, numismatics, porcelain, funerary objects... Also an old photographic background. Lots of temporary exhibits. Don't miss the Sukhanov (Sukhanova 9) and Arsenyev (Arsenyev 7b) houses/cabinets of curiosities, which are still in their juice. A must-see.
