La Crémière d'Alsace is above all a superb maturing cellar in Strasbourg. The restaurant owners and the great chefs are not mistaken, they shop here. Fortunately, the store is also open to anyone who loves good cheese. The choice is impressive, the selection criteria of the cheeses (essentially from France) are drastic and the advices are always judicious if you have to compose a beautiful tray. You can also find other products such as eggs, hams, sausages and pâtés.
