Khaled Hendei took over this bakery, located at the foot of Saint-Guillaume Church. The great specialty of this pastry chef who worked in large houses in Strasbourg is the production of spectacular cakes for the great occasions, the effigy of cartoon characters or the glory of football for example. Less gourmand but no less good, at Quai des Lys, there are obviously sandwiches and quiches for lunch.
