The Compagnie des Glaces offers a rich and varied range of dozens of ice and sorbets scents, from the most classic to the most surprising. A franchise present throughout France, it promises that its production is artisanal, that its ice is from with natural fruits and aromas. Every morning, glaciers put in place their "creations" of the moment (basil pineapple, carrots, raspberry litchi water, in sherbet version, pink biscuits of Reims, Bretons pucks). Also note the possibility of buying the ferry ice for the house.

Hélàs, ne le connaissant que via Internet, il m'est très difficile de le Juger à sa propre valeur (donc non encore testé, ce jour mardi 16.07.2013).
Il est des plus prometteurs, car la Franchise tient à une maxime : "Glaces et Sorbets d'Excellence".
