A high-chocolate ambassador since 1882, the brand has been on the street in the Alsatian capital, the birthplace of Eugene Weiss. He had created his pet in Saint-Etienne… An inventor of the assembly of beans that gave chocolate subtle aromas, he returned to the greedy annals for the praline of his famous nougastelles always manufactured according to the original recipe.
