A remarkable botanical garden, classified as a historic monument, to preserve, conserve and acclimatize plant species.

Labelled a Remarkable Garden and classified as a Historic Monument since 1993, the botanical garden of the University of Strasbourg has the function of preserving, conserving and acclimatising different plant species. Nearly 6,000 species of different styles are spread out in a series of greenhouses. The Garden houses several remarkable collections, changing according to the seasons, some of which are particularly rare, on an area of about 3.5 hectares.

Opening time and information on BOTANICAL GARDEN OF THE UNIVERSITY OF STRASBOURG

In March, April, September and October: the garden is open from Monday to Sunday from 2pm to 6pm. From May to August from 2pm to 7pm. In November and December from 2pm to 4pm. Closed between December and February, May 1, November 1 and 11, and in case of bad weather. Guided tour.

De nombreuses essences d'arbres et de plantes du monde entier.Un serre tropicale magnifique. On peut y faire des visites auto-guidées ou bien suivre un guide sur rendez-vous. C'est un havre de paix au centre de Strasbourg. A proximité de l'université et du planétarium.Entrée gratuite .

Très beau jardin, bien entretenu avec des plantes qu’on ne soupçonne même pas être ici ! Un personnel très accueillant et qui répond volontiers aux questions des visiteurs ! Idéal pour un moment de calme en pleine ville le’ long du lac

Superbe petit jardin botanique gratuit attenant à l'université. Il comprend la serre de Bary dont une restauration est prévue d'ici peu, une fois les fonds trouvés. On y trouve également un observatoire.

Sympas pour une petite balade extérieure , petites mares et une plus grande avec des arbustes assez originaux. Si on observe bien, on y voit des grenouilles , poules d'eau, etc
Le parc est accolé à l'université.

This garden is dedicated to research and grown around 6,000 species; some seeds are harvested to be cross with plants of other botanical gardens. It is also used for the missions of ground students in plant biology.
