Museum of Fine Arts exhibiting European painting from the end of the Middle Ages to 1870, on the floor of the magnificent Palais Rohan.
The Musée des Beaux-Arts invites you to discover pictorial art in Europe from the late Middle Ages to 1870. Each historical period is color-coded for easy identification. The most famous names rub shoulders: Botticelli, Raphael, Rubens and Goya. Don't miss Largillière's La Belle Strasbourgeoise, undoubtedly one of our most popular works. Please note: on the first Saturday of every month, the museum's storerooms are open to the public.

Un musée très intéressant pour un moment en famille instructif. Au sous-sol se trouve un espace archéologie à ne pas manquer. Ouvert tous les jours sauf le mardi.

I discovered this museum following a card advice to visit - strasbourg.eu. Fine collections in this pleasant area of palais des rohans. In addition you can visit with under floor the archaeological museum which is huge!
