This necropolis is home to numerous tombstones and sarcophagi, including the imposing mausoleum of Marshal Maurice de Saxe

Nicknamed "the cathedral's granddaughter", Saint-Thomas church has been around for 800 years! Founded in the ^7th century by Bishop Saint Florent, it was rebuilt in 1144 after a fire. A veritable cornucopia of funerary sculptures, the necropolis houses numerous tombstones and sarcophagi, including the mausoleum of Marshal Maurice de Saxe, the work of sculptor Pigalle. The church is also home to a monumental Silbermann organ, listed as a Monument Historique.

Es una muy bonita y bien mantenida iglesia gótica protestante. Un señor muy amable nos recibió y nos entregó buen material en castellano y francés para hacer la recorrida. Está considerada una de las iglesias luteranas más célebres de Europa y una especie de catedral protestante. Impresionante la sepultura que está al fondo. ¡Y un órgano en el que tocó Mozart! Vale mucho la pena visitar este templo.
