The Batorama boutique allows you to buy tickets at the ticket office for the first paying attraction in Eastern France
Batorama's goal? To make people discover the wealth of Strasbourg's architectural, historical and cultural heritage by river. Two tours are offered by bateau-mouche: "Strasbourg, Grande Île" goes around the island of Strasbourg via the locks of Petite France; "Strasbourg, more than 20 centuries of history" which takes you to discover the Neustadt and the European institutions. During the Christmas period, theme outings are offered.

Wir haben uns im Vorfeld für ein offenes Boot entschlossen und das war genau richtig.
Sehr informativ, komfortabel und gut organisiert
Les explications pendant la visite étaient très intéressantes et m’ont permis de découvrir plein d’histoires sur la ville.
Il faisait très chaud le jour où j’y suis allé, donc je conseille vivement de prendre une casquette et une bouteille d’eau pour profiter du tour sans souffrir de la chaleur.
Une super activité que je recommande !

Wir waren allerdings mit zwei Schulklassen unterwegs. Das war nicht das Problem. Die Kinder und alle anderen Passagiere haben sich auf der 70minütigen Fahrt ganz normal unterhalten. Da jeder Passagier Kopfhörer erhält, konnte man den Berichten der Rundfahrt problemlos zuhören.
Der Kapitän jedoch rief mehrfach zur Ruhe auf (von den Passagieren beschwerte sich niemand, dass es zu laut sei).
Einmal erklärte er auch in unangemessenem Ton, dass auf diesem Boot Ruhe zu herrschen habe und dass er alle rausschmeißen würde wenn jetzt nicht sofort Ruhe wäre. Es seien schließlich Leute an Bord, die für die Fahrt bezahlt hätten.
Ja, das haben wohl alle Passagiere.
So ein Verhalten geht gar nicht…
