The first edition of the Passeport Gourmand was published in Strasbourg on December 8, 1988. This first 36-page guide, entirely in black and white, featured around twenty restaurants, mainly in the Strasbourg urban community. It was the start of a wonderful adventure that has lasted for 35 years. Today, there are 170 restaurants in Alsace inviting you at friendly prices, and over 150 leisure activities with benefits and discounts for a year.
