I bought a pair of glasses in October 2009 at Optissimo Strasbourg Place de l'Homme de Fer. The anti-reflecting treatment drinks brand Verbal does not book in the duration. My drinks changed after 18 months because still under 2 years deposit.
Now, 18 months after this replacement, drinks are again deteriorated.
The expert report quality of Verbal indicates that the treatment is defective following the bad maintenance of the cart. It scandalous, especially as I have another pair of glasses with Zeiss drinks, is bought also in October 2009 at Grand Optical, which were cleaned in the same way and are not deteriorated.
