A fuir absolument ! J'ai acheté un chapeau il y à désormais 1 an et demi, que j'ai ramener pour l'agrandir il y à 6 mois. Depuis, pas de nouvelles de mon chapeau, n'habitant pas sur Strasbourg je m'y rends occasionnellement et lorsque je passe demander des nouvelles de mon chapeau (qu'ils ont perdu bien évidement) c'est toujours le même numéro, on me demande mes coordonnées afin de me rappeler ultérieurement (à mon avis pour éviter un scandale dans le magasin devant les autres clients). On ne m'a jamais rappeler, ni excuser, ni proposer un nouveau chapeau ou simplement un remboursement. J'espère que ce problème trouvera une issue pacifique, car ma patience à des limites.
