Berthel is a place dedicated to crafts and upcycling. With a passion for manual work and a concern for the environment, Berthel's designers give a second life to existing materials. Each month, the space also welcomes three guest artisans, who present their handmade creations from Strasbourg or the surrounding area. Upcycling is not necessarily at the heart of their concept, but Berthel is keen to promote craftsmanship in a more global sense.

Message from Management

Berthel is a designer store dedicated to upcycling located in the historic Rue des Juifs. Their concept allows to revalorize objects destined to be thrown away and gives birth to surprising ideas; responsible creations, both trendy and original. Here, you will discover unique, sturdy pieces with a beautiful history such as Alory clothes and accessories, Thomas's little wood, baffled objects, Tom's Vintage Straps creations... Moreover, in this store, you will find period chests, sewing machines, living room from the 50s. If you want to learn how to make your own bag, Berthel offers a workshop.
