Animal protection associations Strasbourg

Since 1878, the SPA has been working for the protection of animals: it saves abandoned, injured and/or abused dogs and cats. The animals are restored and offered for adoption for a second chance. If you are serious and looking for a companion, if you are ready to give love to a little being, don't hesitate any more! For an honourable fee, residents are tattooed, vaccinated and sterilized. The site also serves as a relay for the GORNA (Ornithological Group of the North Alsace Region ✆ 03 88 01 48 00) and Noah's Ark (✆ 06 67 82 57 66). You can also adopt birds, hedgehogs, cattle, sheep or rabbits.

This association provides assistance and care for abandoned cats in the Strasbourg area, and sterilizes stray cats. Every year, some thirty volunteers take care of hundreds of cats. If you would like to adopt, become a foster family or help the association (by becoming a volunteer or making a donation), the association will be delighted to welcome you. Open house events are held regularly: drop in to meet the volunteers and the cats, and support the association by taking part in its activities.
