The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view over the park is breathtaking. To complete your relaxation, you can recharge your batteries in the wellness area on the first floor of Le Chalet building, and take advantage of a host of other leisure and catering facilities. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Château de Pourtalès in Straßburg im Oktober 2023 war sehr angenehm. Die freundliche Begrüßung durch die Rezeptionistin war ein toller Start in unseren Urlaub. Als Hundebesitzer schätzten wir besonders die tierfreundliche Atmosphäre des Hotels. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr war es problemlos möglich, unseren Vierbeiner mitzunehmen. Dass er uns sogar zum Frühstück begleiten durfte, war ein echtes Highlight.
Die Unterbringung in einem Nebengebäude und der kurze Gang über den Hof stellten für uns kein Hindernis dar. Die Zimmer entsprachen dem 3-Sterne-Standard: funktionell, sauber und mit einem Satelliten-TV ausgestattet. Eine kostenpflichtige Minibar mit einer Auswahl an alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken rundete das Angebot ab.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Frühstück! Es bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl: von frischem Obst über Joghurt, frische Eierspeisen bis hin zu einer beeindruckenden Palette an Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen

Il est quelque peu dommage que le nombre d'étoile que vous avez accordé à notre hôtel ne reflète pas vos vives recommandations, une étoile en plus ? ;)

La nuit fut très agréable. Il fait très calme. Le château est idéalement placé. Il se trouve à moins de 10 minutes du centre de Strasbourg. Le service est très bien !
Néanmoins, la décoration de la chambre était un petit peu vieillissante. Il y avait également quelques taches de moisissures au niveau de la salle de bain.
Je recommande tout de même vivement cet hôtel.
