Depuis des années, c'est "notre" hôtel pour Noël. Je l'adore ! Une sorte de maison. Très bien entretenu, Très convivial !

C'est parfait , la chambre très calme. Propreté excellente, le service haut de gamme...le petit déjeuner avec un choix incroyable ....un room service au top...tres bien situé à 7mn à pied du centre historique .....merci ????

Excellent accueil et service tout au long du séjour par toute l'équipe. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre animé de Strasbourg tout en profitant d'une nuit calme et reposante. Nous reviendrons, merci à vous tous

Excellent hôtel, propre, confortable, très bien entretenu, tout semble neuf. Et le service était super gentil sans être affectueux. Emplacement parfait.

Cela faisait un peu plus de vingt ans que je ne suis pas revenu à l'hôtel Lutetia. La première fois que je suis venu, c'était il y a 32 ans, j'y venais régulièrement entre une semaine et quinze jours par mois pour un travail effectué pour France télévision. A l'époque l'hôtel était convenable, rien à voir avec aujourd'hui. J'ai connu la gouvernante Emy, qui reste l'employée la plus ancienne et qui a connu la succession des trois propriétaires. On peut dire que l'hôtel est devenu magnifique. Les prestations vont de paires avec le changement de standing des chambres jusqu'au petit| déjeuner.. Bien sûr, je n'oublierai pas l'accueil. Merci à toute l'équipe et merci à Emy.
