The best part of this hotel is the staff. Their kindness goes above and beyond. My room's toilet was broken from the beginning of my stay; all available staffs stepped up and truly helped me out (almost made a makeshift fix on the fly), and I was able to stay without convenience eventually.
I will book this hotel again in a hearbeat if I get to visit Strasbourg in the future.
