A very "Wanted" decoration referring to the Prohibition years in Chicago, the omnipresence of iron and wood, portraits of bandits hung on the walls and a wine cellar locked in a cell... Sébastien Helterlé and Thierry Bendler welcome you to their atypical restaurant and serve delicate and daring cuisine. Meal is of a very good value for money every lunchtime. The flavour combinations are particularly well thought out and executed: cucumber gazpacho with its smoked salmon whipped, snacked pollack with its wasabi emulsion. To conclude on a sweet note, let yourself be tempted by a canaillerie! Open late at night.
