Eric Westermann continues to build on his restaurant's reputation for excellence and passion, while showcasing local products from Alsace and beyond. The menu is rich in temptation, with dishes such as pan-fried frogs' legs with chervil and schniederspaetle, pink grapefruit soufflé... Seasonal products are given pride of place, and the bread is delicious. With its glass roof, terrace and cosy lounges, the Buerehiesel's setting is as bucolic as its menu!
