Restaurant with a sober and elegant contemporary decor and garden in Strasbourg.

Delphine and Stéphane Kaiser masterfully manage this beautiful bucolic house. Its name Zuem ysehuet means "iron helmet" in German. However, the company's helmet is of Spanish origin. Inside, the decoration is contemporary, both sober and elegant. Pretty tables are set up in the garden during the summer. The restaurant is particularly famous for its cellar, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Strasbourg. Excellent products and enhancement of the terroir are the key words in the kitchen: swordfish slices with verbena and kiwi, monkfish tail in shellfish broth... An address where refinement and elegance are declined with ease and without artifice.

Pour être venus plusieurs fois, pour un simple plat comme pour leur fantastiques menus du soir, nous sommes toujours repartis enchantés des créations culinaires, des découvertes en vins, de l'ambiance et de la sympathie du personnel comme des patrons. Grand respect pour ce restaurant qui reste une institution Strasbourgeoise grâce à ceux qui le font vivre ????????

Ce diamant brut propose un menu délicieux accompagné d'un excellent accord mets-vins. Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et disponible.

Il faut cependant prévoir un spray anti-moustiques. Comme les tables (en été) sont à l'extérieur, il y a quelques moustiques au coucher du soleil.

Je vous conseille d'essayer l'araignée de mer en entrée et d'accompagner le menu de trois plats d'un accord mets-vins.
