Chic, Michelin-starred restaurant in the smart Quinze district, serving innovative, seasonal, eco-sustainable cuisine

2023 ? Golden year for DE: JA: A Michelin star, plus a green star for sustainable gastronomy, plus 2 Gault & Millau Toques. This out-of-nowhere restaurant is sweeping up all the prestigious awards of the moment. Jeanne Satori (the JA from DE: JA) and David Degoursy (the DE from DE: JA) are setting the smartest part of the Quinze district alight with their soberly chic canteen. Their stroke of genius: installing the kitchen on a platform visible through a bay window. The food argument? Innovative, seasonal, eco-sustainable cuisine. Very chic, very good... but not cheap!
