Nous avons passé un très bon moment à table. La répartition de la salle nous a permis d'être assez loin d'un grande tablée, ce qui nous a laissé la possibilité de discuter à loisir. La decoration est faite avec goût, les plats sont somptueux et le personnel au petit soin. Le menu Saveurs iodés nous a ravi les papilles jusqu'à culminer dans un dessert chocolat, avec un peu de gingembre, tout simplement inoubliable. Tout cela accompagné des conseils de la sommelière, avec qui nous avons discuté Savagnin. Bref, une très belle soiree

La gastronomie de ce restaurant a un pouvoir qui se déplie sans retenue; tout à coup, nous sentons que la terre se dérobe sous nos pieds, et nous partons dans un univers au regard indéchiffrable. Nous aurions voulu rester en vol, et ne jamais atterrir, mais nous reviendrons pour un autre vol.
