Superbes saveurs. J'ai pris dans le menu du jour un céleri rémoulade aux coques tellement surprenant mais tellement bon. Ensuite une aile de raie qui m'a fait retomber en enfance. Au dessert, la tarte aux quetsches était parfaite ! Bravo !
