Un carte constituée de recettes françaises avec un choix très raisonnable de viandes et de poissons dont les cuissons sont parfaitement maîtrisés. Les accompagnements sont au diapason avec une mention pour la purée de pommes de terre, connue comme étant la meilleure de Strasbourg.
