Restaurant offering simple but inventive cuisine in Strasbourg.
Le Bistrot Saint Florent offers simple yet inventive cuisine. The produce is fresh and in season, loved for its own sake, and you can feel it on your plate! With food like this, everything is well thought out: a dozen excellent wines are available by the glass, so you can enjoy a complete meal without breaking the bank on food and wine pairings. The interior decor is sober yet plush, with light woodwork and touches of deep navy blue to create a warm but not overpowering ambience. In summer, the small, quiet terrace is a delight. At lunchtime, a dish of the day and two formulas are available, while in the evening, à la carte is the order of the day... Both are worth the detour!

Les plats sont excellents avec une dose d’originalité.
Léger bémol, service trop rapide, donne l’impression d’être pressé de vous voir repartir et la serveuse pourrait être un peu plus avenante.

Petit restaurant très sympa dans lequel il faut penser à réserver à l’avance.
Les menus du jour sont très biens et originaux. Le service a été rapide. Les quantités sont largement correctes et les produits sont très bons !

Petite réserve quand-même : le service est trop rapide. Même si c'est super efficace , on se sent parfois poussé vers la sortie, c'est dommage.
