#1 Bistrot Coco - Chic, modern restaurant in the heart of Strasbourg
Located in the heart of the Grande Île, in a small alleyway out of sight, Bistrot Coco is the Strasbourg restaurant that combines gastronomic and bistronomic dishes. We go there for its carefully crafted dishes based on seasonal and local produce. Fish and meat are carefully sourced and well prepared, always accompanied by a sauce or jus to bind it all together. Le bistrot coco also offers a wide range of wines and cocktails, so you can enjoy a fine food/wine pairing throughout your meal.
The interior is simple and modern. It's as uncluttered as a bistro and as chic as a gourmet restaurant. And to round it all off, the staff are kind and attentive, to make sure you have a good time.
#2 Constant Meyer
Created in 2017, Bistrot Coco was recently taken over by Constant Meyer. Having cut his teeth at Le Crocodile and Le Relais de la Poste, he joins the Bistrot Coco team as second chef in 2019. Thanks to his determination and rigor, he was quickly promoted to Chef. But that wasn't enough for Constant, and 3 years after his arrival, he decided to buy the Bistrot to add his own touch while preserving the very essence of the restaurant.
The grandson of a pastry chef and a passionate cook from an early age, he takes great pleasure in selecting his own quality raw ingredients, most of which are local. He confides in us that he takes great pleasure in cooking vegetables and giving them a real gourmet touch.
#3 Carte Blanche - A surprising menu
Have you ever attended a mystery meal? This is what Chef Constant proposes: A carte blanche menu in 4 steps. The principle is simple: the chef composes a secret menu tailored to your intolerances. Let yourself be tempted by this evolving 4-step menu, always in tune with the rhythm of the seasons. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available (please specify when booking) for the carte blanche menu. Bonus: choose the wine pairing on the carte blanche menu to fully enjoy the experience.
