The sophist is the specialist of knowledge. There's no doubt that Strasbourg's "bistronomes" will find what they're looking for here! Le Banquet des Sophistes stands out for its chic, modern ambience, where you can spend a pleasant moment. At lunchtime, the menu is limited but favors quality over quantity. You'll be able to choose from three starters, three main courses and three desserts, with weekly variations. In the evening, the menu diversifies and offers more recipes, always made with fresh ingredients. The wine list is also very generous. The value for money is also very good.
