Chef Guillaume, formerly of the Buerehiesel, concocts tasty dishes such as, for starters, girolle puff pastry, soft-boiled egg and meat jus, followed by rack of lamb cooked at a low temperature, garlic and tomato confit, garnish of your choice, or creamy risotto with langoustines and scallops. His wife Sabine, trained in Christian pastry-making, prepares the homemade desserts during the day, which her husband then prepares, while she takes care of service with a smile.
