Restaurant offering quality cuisine in a simple setting.

A pretty Alsatian house on a busy Robertsau road, the Auberge du Cygne serves quality cuisine in its small, simply decorated dining room, as well as on the terrace at the rear of the establishment in summer. Chef Guillaume, formerly of the Buerehiesel, concocts tasty dishes such as, for starters, girolle puff pastry, soft-boiled egg and meat jus, followed by rack of lamb cooked at a low temperature, garlic and tomato confit, garnish of your choice, or creamy risotto with langoustines and scallops. His wife Sabine, trained in Christian pastry-making, prepares the homemade desserts during the day, which her husband then prepares, while she takes care of service with a smile. La cuisine est délicieuse et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le menu est varié, avec des plats qui satisferont tous les goûts. Le service est toujours chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui rend chaque visite encore plus agréable. L'ambiance est également très conviviale, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
