Pizzeria offering a rotating menu of pizzas with classic recipes in Strasbourg.
In just 15 years, Nico's pizza will have won the whole Strasbourg area, then Alsace, then France. Thanks to a rotating map of pizza to classical recipes, fine but tidy and hearty, composed from fresh and local products (to the extent possible), the sign has moved from Nantes to Perpignan. In restaurants where you're only passing, you'll be given a number when your order is placed on your table, so that the server can tell you and serve you easily.
