Mademoiselle 10 offers a relaxed, warm and pleasant atmosphere for evenings with friends or lovers. The cuisine, creative and ambitious, offers mainly fish dishes but you will probably find meat to your taste if you are rather carnivorous and even vegetarian dishes. The products are fresh (delivered every day) and organic, the wines on the menu are numerous. To taste for example: scallops from Brittany and cream of ceps from the Vosges, carpaccio of Scottish salmon with lime, braised veal heart and reduced juice with blackberry caramel, halibut fillet confit in butter and dried pea crumble with spices...

Vraiment, une belle cuisine fine gouteuse, et un accueil sympa et professionnel.

Tout a été parfait: autant le menu (menu Mademoiselle 10 en 4 temps), que les vins (accords mets et vins) et que les personnes rencontrées lors du service.
Un super bon point pour les vins français et à 90% fait par des femmes!
